"I am just getting into yoga and looking for other ways to work my muscles. I spend most of my day in the office at my desk, this stability ball works as a perfect replacement for my desk chair. I have the 75cm, which is the right height to sit level with my computer. I get to work those abs all day long. There are a few stretches I do on the ball throughout the day as well.
I love everything about this ball, except the pump. That was a serious workout to pump up the ball, took about 45 min total, and my arm was sore after. But that only happens once, so it is easy to deal with.
This ball has a great feel and is very durable. I have fellow office mates who are plotting to steal it, lol. While I am not using it for it's exact purpose, it works perfectly for my needs. I can envision myself using it for many years to come!"

"This stability ball is exactly what I was searching for. Just as they have mentioned in the description - anti-burst and can handle a good amount of weight. It's usually recommended when you are into Yoga or Pilates, but I can imagine a lot of potential use of this ball when you want to gain more strength and flexibility.
I've seen some strict workout regimes that deliver far lower results than what you can get with this ball alone (and that comes from an experienced fitness coach I am currently working with). I've recommended this to my colleagues and they confirm good results with it.

"This product is GREAT! I have been using for several weeks in order to aid in rehabilitation of a severe middle back injury. I have a fracture in T12 disc of spine.
